As the title says. When I make a solid color layer, with or without a mask, and try to use the color picker to drag towards a color or use the slider, its just utterly slow and jumps all over the place. Even when typing in a colour (like a hex) there's a very noticeable delay after each keypress.
Its not 100% consistent, but does so 90% of the time... Very irritating as this never was an issue.
When it happens, CPU is barely in use (<2% for Photoshop), tons of memory to spare, resolution of file doesnt matter, big file, small file, same effect.
Color picker in other areas (incl. vectors and text) behaves as it did in previous versions. Barely any noticeable delay. But with solid color layers its more or less 2 or three updates per second.
