That sounds very much like a broken monitor profile.

The monitor profile is set in the Operating System (Windows or Mac). Check that it is set correctly and, as a temporary test measure, try using sRGB (or Adobe RGB if you have a wide gamut monitor) just to see if they then look the same. If that help to correct it then you need to make a new monitor profile, prefereably using a calibration device
