Colour Replacement Tool Missing

I can't find it in Photoshop CC under Photography or Illustrator. All I get from the Brush icon in the tool bar are the brush itself or the Pencil.  Nothing about colour replacement in the options bar.I'm usng Windows 10. Please help me find it.

Have you tried resetting your toolbar? Please right click the dots at the bottom of your toolbar and select "Edit Toolbar". Then select "Reset Toolbar" on the right hand side. That SHOULD do it.

This tool doesn't exist in Illustrator.

I eventually found the answer in the Edit menu. Clicking on Toolbar therein lets you restore defaults. That didit!
