Complete Screen Lock when attempting to use Image Adjustments > Replace Colors > Sliders

PS 2020 21.1.3 Release on iMac Pro 2017, Catalina

This bug has been affecting my workflow for a couple weeks now. And ideas on when this is going to be resolved? I've tried resetting my PRAM, reinstalling the app, but nothing. The app just freezes and I have to Force Quit, losing all the work I did before.
