Completely hide / diasapear the interface panels of photoshop via script?

How to hide every panels in Photoshop interface via script? I mean when you press TAB in the Photoshop, all panels get disappear. So I need to know how this can be done with script in Photoshop.

Anyone please kindly help? Thanks.

What I have tried:

I tried using a vbscript, which uses sendkey({TAB}), but this failed. Because if the Photoshop application is not select as on-top, then sendkey will not send into the photoshop application.

JavaScript there a DOM method.  I do not know vbs or applescript
