Compress Images

Hello Every Body

I have a big problem

It's images are very very Compressed.

I test every img compressors but none of them can compress like this.

I ask the admin and he said to me  that he use ps for compressing inages.

I try every way to compress images by ps but i cant.

Images will have largger file size after compressing.

Do you know any way to do this?

Please provide one of your images pre- and post-compression.

Please provide meaningful information – how exactly did you export the images, which file formats, …? 

Does File > Export > Save for Web without metadata produce smaller files?
