Hello artists,

First off, by "concept art", I am referring to artworks like these https://www.google.com/search?q=concept+art&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjGqI7Y0vncAhVCMewKH...

So I have only seen people creating concept art in softwares that use raster graphics; especially Photoshop and Coreldraw - but why do you prefer software that uses raster graphics? It is hard for me to see the rationale. Like, isn't it super nice to be able to scale your artworks as much as you want to without having to worry about quality loss (i.e. using vector graphics)?

Why not use softwares that work with vector graphics, like Illustrator or Animate? That way you will never lose any quality when scaling your artwork.
