Hello, has anyone experinced issues with photoshop apearing to corrup images? 

This happens when using an action, dragging an image to a new doc. Even openign and saving an image?

It could be and issue with your GPU driver, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
