Could not complete your request because of a program error

Since installing the latest versions of LrC (V10) and PS (V22) :

- From LrC, edit with PS picks old version (V21.)

- Get "Could not complete your request because of a program error" trying to load a picture in PS V22 or even trying to exit the program.

BIOS on my Windows 10 PC is from 2012
