Could not save because of a program error Photoshop 2021

Does anyone have found the solution to this terrible error? I've spent hours 

retouching an image and then I can't save it! I uninstalled the program and then installed it back (the latest version 21st of Decmber 2020). I changed the preferences, etc. Nothing works. Please help!!

I dont have a solution but I have this problem too. Spend hours editing a photo and then will not flatten and will not save. I too need this to be resolved.
