Could not save “” because of a program error.

I can no longer save any .psd files in photoshop. I thought it was due to previous version however I have just run the update to v.22.11 however I cannot save still. Even with hiding the layers, I am unable to save. I also have a MacBook Pro 2017. Please advise what I should do.
