OSX Big Sur 11.2

Photoshop 22.1.1

Photoshop has full disk access. I've tried disabling the discover panel. I've reset my RAM and reinstalled Photoshop. The user diagnostic plugin doesn't work - it copies nothing to the clipboard.

Any ideas? I'm sure my company loves that I'm spending 10-12 hours a week fixing Adobe CC issues rather than being productive and doing my actual job.

Rolled back to an older version of PS and still not working. Good to know I lost my prefs and recent file history for nothing.

Seriously - what is up with Photoshop and Illustrator? It seems that every few weeks there's a productivity breaking bug and some stupid new feature that nobody will use. This stuff is infuriating.

Now it's selecting random layers when I try to move a layer. Is anyone else's whole situation blowing up or did Big Sur just destroy my Mac?
