Hi All -

Have users receiving error in title when saving files on server. Users are mac users connecting to Dell Isilon as file share.  Users make edit(s) to a file and save it, no problem.  When they make more edits and attempt to save or do a save as with same file name and replace, they receive error in title.  I do not have very much experience with Photoshop, so I am hoping to get some help here.

As users are not able to save the psd because write access was not granted, it seems like a permissions issue.

It is not recommended to save files on server via Photoshop, as it can cause many issues. Please have a look here to know more: Troubleshoot issues with networks, removable media in Photoshop

This error occurs on servers that run different OS's than Mac's or PC's and sometimes they "forget the Mac or PC the user is using.  The best solution for that is to make sure the server software that makes it Mac or PC compatible is up to date.   Then if it happens again, restart your computer and then log on to the server again.  The protocol used to communicate could also be a problem (asp vs smb ect)

Save to local hard  drive first.  Then move it to the server.
