CPU Sniffer Issue NOT fixed in lastest PS Update

The latest PS update to 23.3.1 does NOT fix the sniffer issue. Not even sure a fix was included in this update.

Suddenly, 23.3.1 DID detect my video card after the latest update from Adobe. I did not on three tries this AM, but on the fourth one it did. Go figure.
