CR3 do not open in Camera raw and Photoshop

When I try to open files CR3 using Photoshop, the program returns an error "Could not open "1234.cr3" because the file-format modul cannot parse the file". Some files open, but most don't open. These files are viewed on your computer and camera. We tried to reinstall Photoshop again, but it didn't help. Please tell me what could be the problem?

Exactly which version of Photoshop (not "latest")?

Specifically which camera model; raw files are not generic?

Photoshop 22.2.0. The camera Canon EOS R. I shoot on this camera since December and everything was well opened before. And with the last shooting, single files are opened.
