Using the Creative Cloud application (install, uninstall). 

You can have two activations per computer per license. So you might want to at some point, deactivate (again with Creative Cloud) the machine that is crashing if you're not going to use Adobe software on that machine.

Photoshop CS? That version is dead due to the retirement of the activation servers. You can never install or use it.
