So I found an image of someone made an opening of the rear of a bus and added a slide to it (as shown in 1.png).

 

Can anyone teach me how to create such effect in Photoshop.

 

I don't have the reference image but I have the unedited rear of the bus as shown in 2.png.

Hi

Here are some general steps:

  • Put both images into the same file with the slide on the upper layer
  • Save as
  • Adjust the colors so they match
  • Create a Smart Object for the slide layer
  • Select the slide and create a Layer Mask for the slide to hide the parts you don't want to see
  • Warp / Distort the slide layer SO if necessary to best fit
  • Draw in shadows, shading, and reflections as needed on new layers
