Crop aspect ratio locked

Is anyone else experienceing issues with the crop feature today?  The aspect ratio will not unlock when I hold the shift key, or any other key.  Stuck with a square.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Your question pointed me to the answer.  In the options bar is was set to square.  Thank you!
