Crop tool doesn't work again after updating to Photoshop 22.3.1.

Just installed the latest version this morning, the crop tool is back not working correctly!

We're sorry about the trouble with the crop tool after updating Photoshop. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you working on? What happens when you try using the crop tool? Are you getting an error?

My operation system is win 10 pro. When I open a picture, zoom to fit screen, pick tool bar for crop, select my size, click the image to start placing the crop an it goes crazy an doesn't allow me toplace the rectangle to the other point. It make it's own size immediately. My image size is 6000 x 4000 pixels, my crop size I set to 1920 x 1280. It worked fine yesterday. I updated first thing this morning and now it's back to where it was doing the same thing before thelast update which fixed it.
