Adobe is not selling license for CS2. You can buy subscription plan for latest version of their software and to use latest and one previous version.

CS2 which was released in 2005 (so would now be 15 years old) is no longer sold, no longer supported and can no longer be activated.
As Bojan says, if you need Photoshop you can take out a subscription to CC, or buy a perpetual licence for Photoshop Elements
