Can anybody tell me PLEASE! Where can I find -on the Adobe website- a link to unpack the CS6 programme which I bought in 2019. I want to re-install . Ofcorse I have the serial number... my product history and order history the template is empty. very frustrating!!

Unpack? Do you mean download? Too late, you need to keep old installers safe.

If you bought it in 2019 it's a cracked and illegal version. CS6 hasn't been legally available since 2015 or so.

Sorry to inform you:  it was original purchased at Adobe... Never mind.  I had  a full saved version on one of my external discs... and I am out of the woods now.

it was updated it 2019... (for € 240,-) Perhaps that caused the misunderstanding
