Cursor disappearing! (Yes my cap lock is off!)

Today my brush cursor is disappearing.  Yes my cap lock is off. I can see it when i use the bracket keys to resize the brush, but as soon as I move the mouse it disappears.  I am using Mac big sur (updated) and the lasted photoshop.  I have restarted everything, played with preferecnces and cannot live like this. I need to see it!!! Can you help? 

I've attached a screen recording.  You can see me resize my brush and you can see the cursor, but as soon as I move the mouse, the cursor disappears.  I repeat the issue with the clone tool.  Please help!

Hi this is a bug due to which you are getting this revert back to photoshop 2020 for stable work...regards
