Custom crop frame?

Is it possible somehow to create a custom crop frame which you could then toggle with O once its created (like all the other crop frames that come stock with Photoshop)? If not, I will probably just make an image and use to overlay on top while I crop. That would be a cool feature to add (custom crop frames) if its not already available.
