Custom Keyboard Shortcut Doesn't Work

Hello!

In photoshop 2018 I used some custom keyboard shortcuts for things like "Convert layer to pixels" and that. In 2021 I have set these custom keyboard shortcuts in the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts settings but they won't work. It's a combination that is not used by another action and other combinations don't work either.

Can anyone help me with this?

Can you show a screenshot of the shortcut in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts? 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 
Resetting Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hi! Thanks for the reply! Resetting my preferences seemed to have worked. I will keep this in mind when I encounter other issues with Photohop.
