It is to a great concern what Adobe's help center is doing.
Instead of helping customers, Adobe employee installs unwanted programs, without permission or even warning, causing unforeseeable consequences for the customer.
This "help center" refuses whichever communication channel to escalate a case, claiming to be the last reachable level, doesn't provide the video recording of the session, refuses even to give the real name of the supporting agent.
Changing the world through digital experiences is Adobe's great intention, but for the moment a customer in danger must turn to the police authorities.
