CUT AND SPARKLING IMAGE

Dear,

since the last update, when I zoom in on the photo, the image is cut and worked very slowly, the image is all sparkling. 

The PS works very slowly. I uninstalled and reinstalled PS, but still the same error. I've never had this problem before. I have Windows 10 and computer working wihthout problems, only PS...

Please help me,

Cab you please post a screenshot so we can see what this looks like.

Install the previous version to confirm if Photoshop works well, and this is something wrong with the new version.
