deaktivieren und aktivieren von Adobe Creative Suite 6

Hallo,

Ich habe Adobe Creative Suite 6 auf zwei CD. Meine Festplatte ist kaputt, so dass ich die installierte Version nicht mehr deaktivieren kann. Aber ohne Deaktivierung kann ich die Version nicht mehr auf die neue Festplatte aktivieren.

Wie kann ich meine Adobe Version auf der neuen Festplatte aktivieren, wenn die ursprüngliche Version auf einer kaputten Festplatte ist, welche überschrieben wurde?

Contact Adobe support they can help you get your CS6 product deactivate or help you  activate it on your new disk. Your Activation credentials were lost on your broken or reformatted disk.  Adobe's chat support can access Adobe activation data bases. Users here do not work for Adobe we can not help with activation.

Adobe support told to me, that I can not get contact to activation cerver of adobe. That problem is nor caused by hosts datei. Adobe do not more support my case, adobe support told to me to contact adobe support community. Adobe told me, I habe one free activation. But I can not contact the adobe activationserver.

Selbes Problem. Der support kann angeblich nicht Helfen.
Keine Ahnung was ich noch machen soll... Die Cloud ist für das wenige was ich mache einfach zu teuer

Ja, durch eine defekte Festplatte kann ich meine Aktivierung auch nicht deaktivieren. Im Support Chat von Adobe als auch am Telefon bei der Support Hotline wurde mir gesagt, dass die nichts machen können. Vorallem im Chat wurde mir dann mehrfach geraten ein Abo Modell zu kaufen..... Ich fühlte mich tatsächlich so als wenn die nur einen das Geld aus den Taschen ziehen wollen..anstatt zu helfen.

 

War wohl die letzte Lizenz die ich bei Adobe kaufe ;-(

Hi @Mirco0D44 @scrubber_de unfortunately Adobe Customer Care no longer has the availablity to deactivate or reset activation counts for CS6. If you were/are unable to deactivate your previous activations, there is nothing more that can be done.

PS: Eure Internetdatenbank scheint auch ein Problem zu haben, da meine Produkte bei euch Registriert sind aber euer Auftritt sagt es ist nichts da, obwohl ich es in meinem Account sehen kann.

@scrubber_de support for CS6 ended years ago. This has been discussed internally and this is the outcome.

Were your purchased products an educational verison perhaps?

There are less expensive options including Photoshop Express - which has a lot of the same capabilities as Photoshop Creative Cloud but is a 1-time purchase.
