I had a problem printing within PS I hadn't experienced in over 15 years of use. After hours of hands on support from Arjun with no solution I gave up. Fast forward to several weeks later and I received an email from Arjun asking if I could give another solution a try. Seriously, he contacted me! He'd been thinking about my printing issue and hadn't given up. We tried yet another solution and he fixed it! In this day and age of uncaring and unkindness, Arjun just proved the opposite. He was kind and patient with me as I was pulling out my hair and I'm extremely grateful for his doggedness and care. Adobe, you're lucky to have him.
