Defect in 3D image on PS

Hi. I need help with a 3d image I'm creating in Photoshop 2021.

When I transform the image in 3D, see that it is defective in the mesh or texture. See that there is a deformity in the form..

See attached image. How do I solve this problem.

It look like you may had created the 3D layer by extruding a rasterize Photoshop custom shape layer.  Try creating the 3D object  by extruding the vector shape layer.
