Deleting fonts I dont use or want to reduce my font list

Trying to delete fonts from my list I dont like or use. Or are just symbols or lanuages I dont understand

I have been trying to delete them for months watching You Tube where almost nothing, Adobe chats that led to nothing

I found mass deletion of all fonts but nothing to delete individual  fonts

HELP!!!
