This process is not a mechanical situation.
It is a personal talent process with program knowledge.
But I recommend you https://www.canva.com/. There are ready-made templates here. You can use them.

I suggest you learn Adobe Illustrator as soon as possible. In order to improve your skills, you can improve your ability to apply the program by making exactly the designs made without using a ruler.
