Ich möchte DICOM Dateien als Volumen importieren, die Option ist aber deaktiviert. Weiss da ejmand weiter?  Besten Dank!

Are you referring to the 3D Volume option in Photoshop, if not can you please tell which application you are using so we can move the thread to the correct forum

Just checked and the option works fine for me, you could try resetting your Photoshop preferences
