Every time I try to import/drop a video file into Photoshop 2021 (22.3.0) an error message pops up that says:
"Could not place 'video title' because no parser or file format can open the file."
What gives? Photoshop's video capabilities were a major part of my workflow? Is this gone for good or a mess up?

have you tried opening it through the file/open dialogue?
