Hi,

I'm having a VERY hard time when placing an image within Photoshop CC. In CS6, I could just place and drag/stretch it as I needed but now, it automatically scales it and I need to know how to disable it. I've already unchecked the box within the PREFERENCES and it still doesn't work.

It definitely does work via the pref in General, but you might be running into the old resolution issue where Ps will invisibly scale an image if the resolution doesn't match. We've asked that this be fixed, but no word yet.

General prefs has two options which may be coming into play:

* Skip transform when placing

* Resize image during place
