Disk error when opening Photoshop

I keep receiving the following error when trying to open Photoshop:

"Could not initialize Photoshop because of disk error."

I have restarted my computer multiple times, as well as installing and reinstalling the Photoshop app. I have version 22.1.

What can I do to get the app to open? Thank you,
