'Dissolve filter' doesn't work

After last Phtsp atualization, the dissolve filter stop to working.
Anyone knows about it? How can I get to solve it?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Olá, Luciano, eu também tenho a mesma pergunta. Sou Marcia, moro em Toledo, PR. Vc já conseguiu solução para esse problema? Parece que agora as atualizações do Photoshop não oferecem mais essa ferramenta. Estou pesquisando, por isso vim aqui na Comunidade de Apoio.

I believe the Dissolver filter is used in the Portuguese language version to mean the Liquify filter

It might be the GPU. You may need to update your graphics processor or turn it on or off in Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.
