document keeps snapping off screen

Hi Folks

Running photoshop CC (21.1.2) on win 10 (latest OS updates)
Getting this persistant bug where the document keeps snappuing further and further off screen - irrespective of my attempts to bring it back in to the center.
It used to take a wee while for it to start happening - now its pretty much the default state

Whats going on adobe? This is rediculous

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.
