Catalina 10.15.7, Photoshop cc2020: Does anyone have problems w occasionally Photoshop refusing to open jpegs? I keep around 1500 jpgs in a picture folder within my user account in Catalina. I keep then organized by visually similiar images AND renumber them for sorting. I use these images as random desktop images. Is my constant renumbering affecting the jpegs? As occasionally Photoshop says: "Hey wait a minute! There is something wrong w this jpeg, I ain't opening it."
The jpegs do nothing but sit in the folder, and appear as random desktop images, then occasionally get re numbered. What is happening to these jpegs?
