Drag lag and weird screen boarder build-up

Hi, I wonder if someone might help. I have just bought Photoshop 2021 and there is terrible lag when I move my drawing and zoom in and out.

On top of this there is a strange deposit of pixels around the edge of the screen. Yesterday it was across the top today along the bottom.

What is this weirdness?

In a first step i would try to reset the Photoshop preferences to the default settings.

If this doesn't help it can be a problem with your graphic card driver.
