dual screen set up and photoshop crash problem

i used photoshop and  i use dual screen

but photoshop have to problem to issue this is issue to come up crash 

so you're will fix photoshop please

I use dual screens here all day with no crashes. Both screens are of course plugged into a single GPU as recommended by Adobe.
