Edit psd file on wordpress frontend

I want my wordpress site to have a functionality where a user can replace a image of PSD Mockup and downlaod the   JPG of the  mockup with own logo or designs.  Basically i will create one page with an individual mockup and users  can download mockup of that specific PSD file. Is there any plugin which can help in this situation?
