Hi,

I'm cannot open some footage from my DJI drone in Photoshop CC (windows 10-64, up to date versions of adobe software and NVIDIA drivers). I discovered that it only occurs with H.265 clips. Is it true that Photoshop cannot handle that format? It is getting more and more standard, now also iPhones use this format.

Thanks, Thijs

Hi

As far as I'm aware Photoshop does not support that video format, you would need something like Adobe Premiere Pro which does support it

Thanks, I think you're right, allthough I find it remarkable.

I have bought Premiere Element as a workaround, I'll have to dive into it to get to know it.
