Moving an image, moving elements, moving a layer folder - even placing an image and it keeps snapping back to the placement origin point during resize or move. This is incredibly frustrating. Any ideas? I've asked this here before and no one from Adobe has responded or addressed this let alone solved it.
I think it's not being addressed because the question is unclear. Can you please share some screeshots, and what you mean by origin point? Maybe recall the steps you're attempting to take?
