Elliptical marquee tool bug

For a while the elliptical marquee tool is not working as it should. While square marquee works fine the elliptical tool produces an error message as shown in the eclose screenshot.

This is problematic and has been a problem for a while.

Check the Feather setting in the tool options bar. It should be set to 0 px (zero)

Thanks a lot Jeff, this one has been bugging me for long and I didn't notice the 150px feather setting.
