Endless emails

I am getting swamped with emails from "Photoshop Family." There doesn't seem to be anyway to stop them.

How do I turn them off?

Still getting oodles of emails that I never requested, never signed up for and don't want.  Is Adobe having serious trouble? This doesn't increase confidence.

So I just tried to use jane-e's link and they want me to sign in/up for that exact email, the photoshop family.

Adobe hell!
