Enhance details crashes

I cannot use enhance details while editing raw files. My Photoshop crashes and then everything disappears without saving.

Having the same problem.  Started happening after the 2021 update - never had any problems before.

Any updates?  Same happening to me.  ACR 13.0.2 works fine with Photoshop 20.0.10 but not 22.0.1
