Hi,

I do paintings in A4 sheet and I scan with 300 dpi  and 600 dpi. My question is how should i size my scanned painting to sell as digital download. When i checked other paintings they are selling in 4:5, 3:4, 2:3 ratios and all international size.

Is it possible to resize the A4 size paintings into the above sizes with out loosing the quality? if yes how.? pls help.

Thanks,

Shabanu.

If you have a A4 size painting and an A4 size scanner and want to sell Image that be print A4 size 300 ppi. A scan 2,475px by 3,525px would be an A4 size 300ppi image. Photoshop is a pixel editor 8,724,375px aspect ratio 210:297. Simple math PPI is pixel size pixel density.
