Hi Guys!

I'm busy with a video in AfterEffects, but needed to clean up some spots in Photoshop.
After using the eraser tool to get rid of those spots, I exported the video as an alpha via Photoshop so I could import it back into AE.

Now I'm facing the following bug:
The alpha video literally shows the eraser brush parts as slightly highlighted parts on the video. (see photo for reference)
It doesn't make any sense, and I can't seem to get rid of the erased parts.

Anyone else here faced the same problems?

It's difficult to judge, without seeing the original image and the needs of After Effects – try the Spot Healing Brush to see if that tool can achieve what you want.

Yeah when posting I thought that maybe the issue lies withing AE instead of PS... But I could always try to ask here.
The footage I imported was alpha mov from AE.
Spot healing brush wont help me, since in PS the spots are perfectly removed, but once imported in AE the erased path suddenly shows up like its somehow baked in the exported alpha

I am a 75 year old woman. Your answer sounded totally Greek to me.

Thanks for responding.

Being a woman and your age is irrelevant.
