erreur e/s

bonjour à tous

quand je veux modifier une photo LR dans PSP j'ai ce message d'erreur : erreur d'e/s, une erreur générale de PSP s'est produite.

ensuite quand je veux supprimer un objet gênant , je le sélectionne et quand je fais édition, remplir j'ai ce message d'eerreur : impossible d'effectuer le remplissage car une erreur interne s'est produite

quelqu'un a une idée?
