error 48 Content-aware error with Geometry.jsx

Error 48: File pr folder does not exist

Environment:

macOS Big Sur version 11.2.3

PS Version: 22.3

Description

I am getting above error when using the crop tool with content-aware enable. When I do not use Content-Aware I am able to straighten the image. I have re-installed PS version 22.3, as well as deleted | resset the previously preference without being able to resolve the error. As a further check I uninstalled 22.3 and installed previous version 22.2, and confirmed that it is the same issue. Then as a final test I updated 22.2 to 22.3 and can confirm that I am getting the same error.
